Major brand is 'finally' returning to Liverpool today in former Topshop store
A popular shop will make its grand return to Liverpool city centre, opening inside the former home of Topshop.
Foot Locker’s previous Liverpool ONE store - on South John Street closed - in August 2024, with the lower floor now operating as Sephora and the top level housing Hobbs, Whistles, Phase Eight and Inside Story.
The footwear and sportswear brand has since been without a home in the city centre, but will ‘finally’ open its doors Keys Court this morning (January 23).
In a statement last month, Rob Deacon, director asset management for Liverpool ONE at Landsec, said: “It’s been a long time coming but we can now confirm that Foot Locker are moving into the ground floor of the former Topshop fronting Church Street, part of Liverpool ONE.

“Having agreed to relocate from elsewhere in the scheme, some unforeseen delays will mean that they will finally re-open in early 2026. Looking forward to having this important gateway to the Peter’s Lane district back open and trading.”
Connecting Church Street with Liverpool ONE’s Peter’s Lane, Keys Court is being transformed by Landsec into a dual-sided arcade which will also see the creation of three new boutiques, including premium jewellery brand Monica Vinader.
