Harry Potter cast set to reunite in Liverpool as another star announced for Comic Con 2024

Comic Con returns to Liverpool later this year and it looks set to be a reunion of Harry Potter cast members as another star from the blockbuster movie franchise has been confirmed for the line up.

The organisers have already announced that Rupert Grint (Ron Weasley), Mark Williams (Arthur Weasley), Chris Rankin (Percy Weasley), Jason Isaacs (Lucius Malfoy) and Jessie Cave (Lavender Brown) will be appearing at Liverpool's Exhibition Centre from Saturday, November 9 to Sunday, November 10.

Actor Harry Melling, who portrayed Harry Potter's annoying cousin Dudley Dursley, has now been added to the guest list. Fans of the film are hoping more big names will be added with increasing calls for Tom Felton, who plays Draco Malfoy, appearing across social media.

Comic Con have been drip feeding the names of stars set to appear in Liverpool on their X account and there could be more to come.

Back in May, the Comic Con event reunited cast members from Lord of the Rings, with Orlando Bloom, Elijah Wood, Billy Boyd and Dom Monaghan spotted dining on Smithdown Road and enjoying themselves around town. This winter, Liverpudlians could be spotting Harry Potter actors painting the town red.
