Should isolation time for COVID be cut?

People who test positive for coronavirus are required to self-isolate for at least seven days, but several sectors are experiencing staffing pressure.

The Prime Minister has order officials to look into cutting the COVID isolation period to five days.

But with the number of COVID patients in hospitals in the North West doubling in the last week - to over 2,500 - is this the right thing to do?
