Meet the team

Editor Dominic Raynor spent 14 years as a journalist and editor in London before returning north in 2014 in order to raise his family on Merseyside. After continuing his career with the BBC and Liverpool FC he made the move to Liverpool World in July.

Football Journalist Will Rooney spent the past five years honing his craft on the south coast covering Portsmouth FC. After breaking a number of exclusive news and transfer stories, he returned to his home city to cover Everton FC and Liverpool FC for Liverpool World in July.

Broadcast Journalist Emily Bonner’s career in regional TV began more than six years ago. After graduating from the University of Westminster with a degree in journalism, she returned to her hometown with an ambition to champion her city. Ken Dodd, Gerry Marsden, Sue Johnston and Tony Bellew are just a few of the local legends that Emily has had the pleasure of interviewing over the years.
