Everton sacked manager Rafa Benitez last week while director of football Marcel Brands departed last month.

More than 100 supporters in the Gwladys Street end stayed after the full-time whistle unfurled a banner that read ‘Sack The Board’.

That was chanted on numerous occasions along with them calling for Everton chairman Kenwright to depart.

They could also be heard singing ‘We Want Our Club Back’ and ‘If You Love The Club, Let Go’.

The Blues hover just five points above the relegation zone having tasted victory in the top flight just once since September.
