The January transfer window has shut and Everton fans will be pleased with their business their side complete.
Not only that but there’s been all change in the hot seat at Goodison Park.
In total, five players were brought in through the month.
The Toffees paid substantial fees for Vitaliy Mykolenko (£18 million) and Nathan Patterson (£11.5 million) from Dynamo Kiev and Rangers respectively.
Next through the door was Anwar El Ghazi on loan from Aston Villa following the sale of Lucas Digne, who went the other direction.
And after Frank Lampard succeeded Rafa Benitez as manager on deadline day, he brought in two new recruits.
Donny van de Beek was brought in on loan from Manchester United, while Everton struck a deal with Tottenham Hotspur for Dele Alli.
The latter hasn’t cost the Blues a penny initially, although they’ll have to pay £10 million once he makes 20 appearances.
Certainly, Everton have come out of the window a lot stronger than they went into it.
Now Lampard’s task is to come up with his best team that will see Everton climb up the table, having dropped to 16th.
It’s not often that teams have every player available for matches because of injuries and suspensions.
But if that rare, ideal scenario does happen, here’s what we think Everton’s best starting XI and bench is.
