When is the Champions League quarter-final draw? Dates of draw, fixtures and who Liverpool could face
and live on Freeview channel 276
Liverpool became one of the first teams to book their place in the quarter-finals of the Champions League on Tuesday evening after progressing at the cost of Inter Milan.
The Italian side actually won 1-0 at Anfield in the second-leg, Lautaro Martinez’ beautiful strike taking advantage of a somewhat sloppy Reds performance.

With the Reds now guaranteed a place in the draw for the last eight, here’s all the key information for the draw, the fixtures and potential opponents.
When is the Champions League draw?
The draw for the quarter-finals will take place on Friday, March 18, at UEFA’s headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland.
It will begin at 11am (GMT), drawing out the fixtures for the quarter-finals as well as setting the ties for the semis.

BT Sport 1 will be showing the draw live and you can also stream it for free either on the UEFA website or their YouTube channel.
The quarter-final fixtures
The Champions League quarter-finals will be played over two legs, as always, with the first leg of all four ties to be played on April 5/6 and the deciders on April 12/13.
Whether Klopp’s men will be home or away for either leg is yet to be decided due to it being unseeded.

Liverpool’s possible opponents
There will be no easy ties in the last-eight of the Champions League, and the fact that there is no country protection means that Klopp’s side could viably come up against Manchester City, should they progress as well.
Guardiola’s men returned from Lisbon with a 5-0 advantage and look as nailed on to qualify as anyone else still to play.
Bayern Munich thumped RB Salzburg 7-1 on Tuesday evening and are currently the only other side guaranteed a place.

Wednesday evening will see one European giant out of the picture with PSG going to Real Madrid with a 1-0 aggregate lead.
Ajax and Benfica, Manchester United and Atletico Madrid and Juventus and Villareal are all level, while Chelsea travel to Lille with a 2-0 advantage next week.
There is a very real possibility that four of the last eight will be English, and if that is the case then Liverpool would surely fancy Manchester United, or the winner of Ajax and Benfica, although there are no easy options.
