These lovely puppies and dogs are currently being housed at Dogs Trust’s Merseyside centre and are hoping to find a forever home this autumn.
Dogs Trust Merseyside serves Liverpool, Knowsley, Sefton, Wirral and St Helens and has over 40 wonderful dogs up for adoption, including playful young puppies and golden oldies. So, why shop when you can adopt and make a rescue animal’s dream come true?

9. Gizmo - Shih Tzu
Gizmo is a Shih Tzu. He is looking for a quiet home where any children are teenaged. Although friendly with other dogs he can be a pest and doesn't like rowdy dogs so is probably best as the only dog at home. Gizmo is house trained and can be left alone for an hour or two. He has a minor heart condition that does not require medication, but he will need his eyes lubricating daily for the foreseeable future. | Dogs Trust Merseyside

10. Rodney - Bulldog
Rodney is a Bulldog. Rodney needs a home where he can be the only pet. Although friendly with other dogs when walking, he lacks social skills and can be selective about the company. He is house trained, can be left for a few hours by himself and can live with children over the age of 16. | Dogs Trust Merseyside

11. Rossi - Lurcher
Rossi is a Lurcher. Rossi can live with children over the age of 14 but no other pets. He is house trained and can be left alone for up to three hours without worry once he's settled in. Rossi has minor luxation of both patella that doesn't bother him. He travels well in the car and will happily jump in. | Dogs Trust Merseyside

12. Rocco - Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross
Rocco is a Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross. Rocco can live with high school aged children but needs to be the only pet at home as he is very overwhelmed at present. He is house trained and prefers to have company than be left alone. | Dogs Trust Merseyside
