Everton has suspended deals with Russian firms Megafon, Yota and USM, which is owned by Russian oligarch and former Arsenal co-owner Alisher Usamanov.
USM sponsored the clubs’ Finch Farm training ground and Mr Usmanov had paid £3 million for the first option of naming rights for Everton’s new Brambley-Moore Dock stadium - which is set to open in 2024.
Moshiri had been a business partner with Usmanov, but has stepped down from his role as USM chairman.

Branding of the companies were taken down from Goodison Park prior to the FA Cup win over Boreham Wood.
Kenright discussed the “heartbreaking” images from Ukraine, with Toffees’ defender Vitaliy Mykolenko emotional about the scenes in his home nation.
“Football has an incredible power to unite people and we are eager to do everything we can to show our support for the innocent victims of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine,” the Toffees’ owner said.
“We are all praying for peace - but we are also determined to help the humanitarian effort right now in a bid to save lives.”
