Premier League strugglers Everton and Leicester City will collide at Goodison Park in an epic showdown which comes just a week after both clubs earned themselves valuable away victories.
The Toffees picked up their second victory in three matches under David Moyes in a hard-fought 1-0 triumph at the Amex against Brighton & Hove Albion, with Iliman Ndiaye firing in the winner from the penalty spot.

Meanwhile, Leicester City boosted their survival hopes by coming from behind to secure a 2-1 victory against a Tottenham side in free fall under Ange Postecoglou. Jamie Vardy responded excellently to a first half goal from ex-Blues Richarlison before the game was decided moments later by Bilal El Khannouss.
Both clubs currently find themselves outside of the relegation places and will be aiming to build a further cushion on Wolves and Ipswich despite an avalanche of injury issues.

Calvert-Lewin meanwhile sustained a costly hamstring injury which will see him miss at least a month of game time before returning in mid-March. The news of his injury only amplifies the need for a striker with a move for Seagulls forward Evan Ferguson potentially in the pipeline.
Armando Broja has had a nightmare with injuries since arriving at Goodison Park and is expected to be out until at least April with a foot injury. The Albanian’s loan move from Chelsea restricts Everton from borrowing anymore players in this window and talks over the loan being terminated are thought to be ongoing.
Timothy Iroegbunam is back in training and his working his way back to fitness although Moyes has hinted that he may need time playing for the Under-21s before stepping back in at the deep end.
