Liverpool are said have slapped a £15 million price tag on Phillips' head.
And they're sticking to their guns after rebuffing an offer less than half of that figure from a rival top-flight side.

Klopp worked with the Poland international, 33, at Dortmund, with the pair winning two German titles together. He's still a player greatly admired by the Liverpool boss.
According to Sky Sports Germany reporter Marc Behrenbeck, Lewandowski still holds aspirations of one final big transfer before he retired.

Keita has 18 months remaining on his current Anfield deal and has struggled for consistency this season due to injuries. In fact, that's pretty much been the story of his career on Merseyside since joining from RB Leipzig in 2018 for £52 million.
Dembele, meanwhile, is running into the final six months of his Barca contract and yet to sign fresh terms.
Klopp has been a long-term admirer of the winger, having tried to sign him in 2017 before he picked Borussia Dortmund.
Keita is currently away at the African Cup of Nations with Guinea.
