But Jurgen Klopp will want to continue the winning momentum after thrashing Arsenal 4-0 on Saturday.

Here’s all you need to know ahead of kick-off.

What’s the Liverpool injury news?

James Milner, Naby Keita and Roberto Firmino will all be absent with respective hamstring injuries.

Meanwhile, Curtis Jones again misses out with an eye issue and Joe Gomez has a calf problem.

Jordan Henderson (groin) and Andy Robertson (hamstring) also might not be risked.

Klopp may look to rest some key players such as Mo Salah and Virgil van Dijk should he wish to do so.

What’s the Porto injury news?

The visitors have no problems to worry about.

Marko Grujic, who was sold to Porto in the summer, could start on his Anfield return.

Liverpool-linked Luis Diaz also set to play from the outset, while the much-maligned Pepe could be named in the line-up.
